We have to be the best!

To begin with, I completly agree with this article. The article talk about bad teachers, they don’t have tools to be exelents in their profession; moreover, they don’t do a great job. In my case i don’t feel identified with this reality, because I studied in an exelent school. My teachers were very profesional in their jobs. They used to be exijencies and I worked very hard in school.
The responsables of this kind of teachers today are the presidents that we had years ago, because they found easy solutions to education for this country, and bad teachers have the responsability too, because they don’t know how do a great job.
I want to be a different teacher. I hope to be the best in my area, because i know the reality of the education in Chile and i want to change this situation. I’m studing in an exelent University, and we are going to be great English teachers.
The solution to this big problem is change the education, for this reason we are studing very hard. My teachers in university are exelent, so i think that we are going to be like them.
It is necesary change the style to do clases, we have to be more interactive with students. People that want study pedagogy have to be interested in education. Universities need to be selective and acept only good students in pedagogy.
